The Black Maidens stepped up the pressure after the break, with Gloria Ameaa doubling Ghana’s advantage before Benedicta Danso added a third.
Hajara Adams completed the emphatic victory in the 84th minute, wrapping up a dominant opening performance for the Black Maidens.
