A television producer, creative director and media strategist with more than 20 years of experience shaping Ghana’s media and entertainment landscape.

Afeafa A. Nfojoh is an accomplished television producer and director, creative director, media executive and strategist with more than 20 years of experience shaping Ghana’s media and entertainment landscape. As General Manager of Adesa Productions Limited under Media General Ghana, she oversees the creation of compelling content for TV3, Onua TV, 3FM and Onua FM, including productions such as Ghana’s Most Beautiful and Mentor.

Afeafa made history as the first woman in Africa to head the production of football coverage, leading the broadcast of the Ghana Premier League to international standards. Her career includes managerial leadership roles at 3 Group and GHOne TV, where she spearheaded award-winning programmes and strengthened audience engagement. She began at Charterhouse Productions, producing and directing landmark shows and events including the Ghana Music Awards, Miss Malaika, Stars of the Future and The Challenge.

She holds a Master’s degree in Media Management and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film and Television Production, combining creative vision, strategic insight and leadership excellence to advance television production in Ghana and beyond.

Chantelle Asante is an accomplished television executive, creative producer and media strategist with more than 15 years of experience in television, film and live-event production. A British-Ghanaian media professional, she has built a career spanning Ghana, Nigeria, Tanzania and the United Kingdom across entertainment, factual programming, documentaries, sport, commercials and large-scale live events.

Her portfolio includes collaborations with the BBC, Harvard University, the British High Commission and leading African broadcasters. Beginning her career as a producer, Chantelle rose through the ranks by transforming ideas into successful television formats, building high-performing teams and developing commercially viable content. Her expertise spans creative development, editorial leadership, production management, business strategy and talent development.

Chantelle holds a BA with Honours in Media and Cultural Studies from Kingston University in the United Kingdom. She believes great content can entertain, educate, inspire and shape culture.

A Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana, a Certified Internal Auditor with the Institute of Internal Auditors and an MPhil Finance graduate, Bright is committed to strengthening financial governance, improving efficiency and creating lasting value through informed decision-making.

He is also passionate about mentoring the next generation of finance professionals through teaching and continuous learning.

Kwaku Duah Prempeh is a media executive with more than 20 years of experience in television, film and multimedia production. He has written, directed and produced award-winning programmes for leading broadcasters and corporate organisations.

He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Directing from the National Film and Television Institute and a Master of Arts in Media Management from the University of Media, Arts and Communication, as well as professional certifications from Canal France International and the British Council.

Kwaku is passionate about storytelling, mentoring creative talent and delivering compelling productions that resonate with audiences and exceed client expectations.

John Passah

A Director of Photography and technical leader with more than three decades of film and television experience.

John Passah is the Director of Photography and Head of Technical at Adesa Productions Limited. He leads the technical department and oversees visual production across camera, lighting and broadcast workflows, ensuring every frame meets both the creative vision and technical standards of the production.

A holder of a BFA in Photography and a veteran of Ghana’s film and television industry, John combines formal training, international industry conferences and more than three decades of field expertise. His local and international credits include films, documentaries and sports productions, including documentaries for the BBC and the FIFA World Cup.

Renowned for delivering cinematic quality with technical precision, John brings disciplined craft and dependable technical leadership to every production.

Priscilla Aryee

A seasoned editor and post-production leader with more than 20 years of experience in Ghana’s media industry.

Priscilla Aryee is the Head of Post Production at APL, Media General, with more than 20 years of editing experience in Ghana’s media industry. Her career includes work with Farmhouse Production, Sapphire GH Ltd, MNET DSTV’s Akwaaba Magic and Media General.

Her editing expertise has supported high-profile projects for brands including MTN, Nestlé Ghana, Guinness Ghana Breweries, Tullow Ghana and Sweden Ghana Medical Centre. At APL, she oversees editing and post-production for programmes including Ghana’s Most Beautiful, Perfect Match Xtra, Today’s Woman, Ladies Circle, Mentor, Showbiz 360, Kitchen Wars, Just Us Tonight and Onua Showtime with McBrown.

She holds a Master’s degree in Media Management and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film and Video Editing. Through technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to developing creative talent, Priscilla helps ensure every production reaches the screen with clarity, pace and polish.
