Asante Kotoko defender Joseph Amoah was named Man of the Match following the Porcupine Warriors’ hard-fought 2-1 victory over Heart of Lions.
The center-back was outstanding at the heart of Kotoko’s defence, putting in a commanding performance as the Reds battled for all three points at home.
Amoah showed great composure, strength and determination throughout the encounter, making crucial interventions and helping Kotoko withstand the pressure from Heart of Lions.
His impressive display earned him the individual award as Kotoko secured a vital home win. Their first win over Heart of Lions in the Ghana Premier League since 2015.
