Tonight, Sunday at 8PM on TV3, the journey to crown Ghana’s Most Beautiful at GMB@20 reaches a defining moment.
From the original 16 queens, only seven remain. Sessinam of Volta, Lamiley of Greater Accra, Ampomaa of Ashanti, Ayinbomaa of Upper East, Nana Konadu of Bono, Tiwaa of Western North, and Arhinmaa of Western will take the stage tonight with everything on the line.
By the end of the evening, Ghana will know which queens have earned their places in the historic GMB@20 Grand Finale.
Why Tonight Is Different
The Ghanaian Folklore Night is perhaps the most complex and revealing night of the competition. Subtly crafted as a “Justify Your Inclusion”night, it goes beyond performance. It challenges each queen to demonstrate why she deserves to be among the final contenders for the crown.
Throughout the competition, the queens have been tested on food, tourism, fashion, history and the cultural identity of their respective regions.
Tonight, however, they must go deeper.
They must tell the stories that have traveled across generations the stories of Ananse and his cunning, tortoises and their mischief, queen mothers who outwitted kings, rivers that punished pride, and countless other ancient tales that have shaped the imagination and identity of Ghanaian communities.
These are more than stories. They are inheritance.
Moreso, for the first time, each queen must draw from the folklore of her region to answer the most important question of the night:
Why do you deserve to be in the GMB@20 Grand Finale?
The Stakes
GMB@20 is more than another season of Ghana’s Most Beautiful. It marks 20 years of celebrating Ghanaian culture, identity, history and heritage.
For the seven queens, tonight represents their final opportunity to secure a place in the history-making anniversary finale.
Those who make it through will not simply become finalists. They will become part of the legacy of Ghana’s Most Beautiful.
For the others, the journey ends tonight.

One queen or maybe two will break tonight. The rest will walk into the grand finale where a car, cash, and the ultimate crown awaits.
