Ghana’s Black Maidens have arrived in Morocco to step up preparations for the upcoming FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.

The team travelled to Casablanca aboard Royal Air Maroc, with a delegation comprising 21 players and 14 officials.

They will spend two weeks in the Moroccan city for an intensive training camp aimed at fine-tuning the squad ahead of the global tournament.

As part of their preparations, the Black Maidens are scheduled to play China in an international friendly on October 5, 2026, as the team continues its build-up to the World Cup.
