Ghanaian winger Abdul Fatawu Issahaku has received the Community Impact Award at the Best of Africa Awards in London in recognition of his contributions beyond the football pitch.
The Ipswich Town and Black Stars player was celebrated for using his influence through football to make a positive difference in society and support his community.
The honour adds to Fatawu’s growing profile as he continues his career in English football.
The 22-year-old joined Ipswich Town last summer and has registered one assist in seven appearances for the club this season.
